Work In Progress – Study for “#96″
Decided to return to these studies of two flat working boats I completed a while ago. I like the composition, but worried the final render of the 3D scene I created, looked too much like a photograph.
So I will be attempting a new large/fairly large oil painting, based on my 3D scene, which is in turn based on these pencil studies.

This one is developing quite nicely now. Although not very obvious from the jpg I think the colours will work very well and it’s very satisfying when you see some interesting colour harmonies developing
